Last week we started an employee spotlight series to shine a light on our hard-working and talented employees. Our General Manager, Bianca Calhoun Lager, started off our first edition. This week we'll get to know more about our Production Manager, Macall, who has been with the company for four-and-a-half years.

What is your role at Social Intelligence?

Production Manager- ensuring sure our queue runs smoothly and that we deliver top quality products our customers can rely on.

Where would you like to travel to?

So many places! Australia, Italy, Croatia, Thailand, Belize… my list is never-ending.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

Speak every language fluently.

What is your favorite indoor/outdoor activity?

Indoors: reading, writing, Netflixing

Outdoors: ping-pong, badminton, kayaking

What is your favorite aspect of your job?

I love that the realm of social media is ever changing and always full of surprises. This allows me to come up with creative solutions to uncommon situations and issues.

What did you want your adult profession to be when you were a kid?

I wanted to be a muffin seller. I didn’t want to actually bake the muffins, I just wanted to drive around in a big truck and sell them.

I’m a supertaster! Basically I experience tastes with greater intensity than the average individual.
