The costly damage control forced the client to look at preventative measures. They realized had they put a social media screening measure in their hiring process, they could have avoided the incident altogether.

The university was referred to Social Intelligence by their background screening company. Social Intelligence was tasked with screening all prospective employees’ social media accounts for racist, intolerant, illegal, violent, and sexually explicit content.
